D-Shot and Bull's Strike all in one build. I always try and fit Bull's Strike in /W bars too, but mainly melee. Mo/W with Bull's Strike if for the lolz.

Messed around with a N/Rt healer awhile back and could never really get it to work because of the lack of speed boost...enter the escape R/Rt healer!

Admittedly I saw this in RA, but it's pretty funny and actually does work decently. You are basically invulnerable to physical damage and elemental damage with the usual huge range of spirits, all of which effect allies. Of course a monk heals and protects far better but this is just too funny. Alternatively you could run throw dirt, take out one spirit and throw in a different item spell to manage energy with soothing memories.
